- Customers may cancel their service and request a full refund up to one (1) hour before the scheduled service time.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one (1) hour of the scheduled service.
- If a service is booked and paid for in advance, the customer remains eligible for a refund if they cancel at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled service.
2. Disputes:
- If a customer has a dispute regarding the service provided, they must submit their concerns in writing to [email protected].
- Disputes must be submitted within seven (7) days of the service date for review.
- Eco Junk Removal will review disputes on a case-by-case basis and will respond within five (5) business days of receiving the complaint.
